2011年五一前夕,长春供电公司下辖4个企业班组被中华全国总工会授予“工人先锋号”荣誉称号。一个地市级企业一举摘得4个班组建设的最高荣誉,这在全国都不多见。如此优异的成绩,都要归功于长春供电公司“以人为本”的班组建设。俗话说,凝心才能聚力,叶茂源于根深。只有加强班组建设,才能夯实企业发展的根基。长春供电公司总经理辛国良认为,让企业和员工意愿完美的协调统一,不断提升员工的幸福感,企业才能不断向前发展。
