我有朋友去加拿大一个偏远的小城开会,他们一行住在一家小旅店,临回国前结账,由于经费没有花完,领队请店员在发票上多开一些金额,并答应给他一些“回扣”,店员执意拒绝,他坚持如实开发票,一分也不能差。回国后我的朋友感慨万千:人家就是素质高,那么偏僻地方的人都这样。我不以为然,可能从高素质的人群比例上看他们多些,但根本原因在于他们是一个讲“个人信誉”
I have friends who go to a remote town in Canada for a meeting. They live in a small hotel and check out before returning home. As the money is not spent, the team leader asks the clerk to open some extra invoices and promises to give him some “kickbacks” Staff refused to insist, he insisted on invoicing, one can not be bad. After returning home, my friend filled with emotion: people are of high quality, so people in remote places are like this. I do not agree with them, they may look at the proportion of high-quality people more, but the fundamental reason is that they are a talk about “personal credit”
