1991年夏,我国东部广大地区发生特大洪涝灾害,本文报导应用TM图像评估滁河、水阳江流 域洪涝灾情的试验研究结果,发展了一套从TM图像数值分析人手,把TM包含的有关地面水分与 植被状况的丰富信息转化为洪涝灾情信息的图像应用处理技术。微机图像处理系统自动输出的灾 情分布图经实地验证,准确可信。
In the summer of 1991, there was a catastrophic flood disaster in vast areas of eastern China. This paper reports the experimental study on the application of TM images to evaluate the flood disasters in Chuhe and Shuiyangjiang basins, and developed a set of numerical analysis manpower from TM images, The rich information with vegetation status turns into image application processing technology of flood disaster information. Computer image processing system automatically output disaster distribution by the field verification, accurate and credible.
