描述了广义开环响应控制算法(GORC)在合成氨氢氮比控制中的成功应用。氢氮对象的动态特性用简单的一阶惯性加纯滞后模型近似。控制系统采用前馈加反馈控制结构,应用结果证明,G0RC不仅适用于大纯滞后系统控制,而且鲁棒性好,抗干扰能力强,易于投运。
The successful application of generalized open-loop response control algorithm (GORC) in the hydrogen to nitrogen ratio control of synthetic ammonia is described. The dynamic properties of hydrogen nitrogen objects are approximated by a simple first-order inertia plus a pure-time hysteresis model. The control system uses feedforward plus feedback control structure. The application results show that G0RC is not only suitable for the control of large-dead-lag systems, but also has good robustness, strong anti-interference ability and easy operation.
