科技创业环境包括政策制度环境、区位支撑能力环境、营运支持环境,“科技创业生态链”结构包含“创业种子”、“创业过程”、“创业成果 / 产品”三个核心环节,科技创业环境评价体系包含政策制度子环境系统、区位支持子环境系统、营运支持子环境系统三个一级维度,本文采用创业环境体系对深圳科技创业环境进行了总体评价。
The environment for science and technology entrepreneurship includes the policy system environment, the location support capacity environment and the operation supportive environment. The structure of “science and technology entrepreneurship eco-chain” includes three core links of “business seed”, “business process” and “entrepreneurial achievements / products” The system includes three first-order dimensions: policy system sub-environment system, location support sub-environment system and operation support sub-environment system. In this paper, we use the business environment system to make an overall evaluation of Shenzhen’s environment for science and technology entrepreneurship.
