目的:建立测定香桂化浊胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为HypersilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调pH值至3.0)-甲醇-乙腈(30:35:35),检测波长为289nm,流速为1.2mL.min-1。结果:大黄素检测浓度在2.51~25.10μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD=1.35%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于香桂化浊胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of emodin in Gui Gu Hua Zhuo Capsule. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of 0.1 mol L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid-methanol-acetonitrile (30:35:35) Was 289 nm and the flow rate was 1.2 mL.min-1. Results: The calibration curve of emodin showed a good linear relationship with the integral of peak area (r = 0.9999) in the range of 2.51-25.50μg.mL-1. The average recoveries were 98.68% and RSD = 1.35% (n = 9) . Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the capsule.
