对自然高温下不同土壤水分处理后多年生黑麦草(品种:格里马尔达)叶绿体结构作了初步的研究。实验结果:多年生黑麦草在自然高温下叶绿体结构受到有限的伤害;夏季高温伴随土壤干旱时叶绿体伤害加剧,尤其是脱锻炼后,一些叶绿体在随后高温下膨大变形,出现大空洞,甚至观察到膜解体的叶绿体。因而推测:多年生黑麦草脱锻炼后叶绿体膜结构更易受随后高温的伤害。
The chloroplast structure of perennial ryegrass (Variety: Grimalda) was studied under different soil moisture treatments at high temperature. The results showed that perennial ryegrass suffered limited damage to the chloroplast structure under natural high temperature. Chloroplast injury was aggravated when the summer high temperature was accompanied by soil drought. Especially after de-stressing, some chloroplasts were swollen and deformed at the subsequent high temperature, and large cavities appeared. Disintegrated chloroplasts. Therefore speculated that perennial ryegrass after de-chloroplast membrane structure is more vulnerable to subsequent high temperature.
