【目的】了解上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿体格发育现状,统计体格发育衡量数字,为准确评价孤残婴幼儿体格发育打下基础。【方法】对上海市儿童福利机构内389例孤残婴幼儿定时测量体格发育六项衡量数字,并与2005年中国九市城区婴幼儿对照比较。【结果】上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿体格发育衡量数字显著低于同年龄、同性别中国九市城区婴幼儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);入院后养育3～6月与6～12月婴幼儿营养状况比较具差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.582,P<0.05)。【结论】上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿体格发育明显落后于正常婴幼儿,但总体营养状况良好,有必要建立上海市儿童福利机构孤残婴幼儿体格发育衡量数字(均值),为准确评价体格发育提供参考数据。
【Objective】 To understand the status quo of physical development of orphans and infants in Shanghai Welfare Institution and to measure the figures of physical development so as to lay a foundation for the accurate evaluation of the physical development of orphans and infants. 【Method】 The measurement of physical development of 389 babies and babies with or without disabilities in Shanghai Children Welfare Institution was measured regularly. The results were compared with those of infants and young children in Jiucheng, China in 2005. 【Results】 The results of physical fitness of orphans and infants in Shanghai Children Welfare Institution were significantly lower than those of infants and young children of same age and same gender in Jiucheng, China (P <0.001). After admission, The nutritional status of infants from June to December was significantly different (χ2 = 10.582, P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Physical development of orphans and disabled infants in Shanghai Children Welfare Institution clearly lags behind that of normal infants and young children, but the general nutritional status is good. It is necessary to establish the scale (mean value) of the physical development of orphans and infants in Shanghai Children Welfare Institutions for accurate evaluation Physical development to provide reference data.
