粉煤灰泡沫混凝土可以降低生产成本,大量使用工业废渣粉煤灰,符合国家对“生态建材”的要求。本文研究了利用粉煤灰、石灰、水泥生产泡沫混凝土的配合比,测定了不同配合比时粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的容重、吸水率及28d抗压强度。用正交实验找出了较佳配合比,分析了粉煤灰、石灰及泡沫剂不同掺量时对粉煤灰泡沫混凝土性能的影响,发现了影响性能的主要因素及规律。采用SEM和XRD等手段对水化过程进行了分析。
Fly ash foamed concrete can reduce production costs, and the industrial waste fly ash is used in large quantities, which is in line with the requirements of the state for “ecological building materials”. This paper studied the mix ratio of fly-ash, lime and cement to produce foam concrete, and measured the bulk density, water absorption and compressive strength of fly ash foam concrete at different mix ratios. The orthogonal experiment was used to find out the best mix ratio, and the influence of fly ash, lime and foaming agent on the performance of fly ash foamed concrete was analyzed. The main factors and rules affecting the performance were found. The hydration process was analyzed using SEM and XRD.
