为老矿山寻找出路,为矿山振兴,为便决策科学化、民主化、避免决策失误。由贵州有色金属学会发起并主持的“贵州汞矿接替项目技术经济论证会”于1987年10月5～7日在有色总公司贵阳公司召开。由12个单位的53名专家、学者参加了这次的论证会。
Find a way out for the old mines and rejuvenate the mines so that they can make scientific and democratic decisions and avoid making mistakes in decision-making. Organized by Guizhou Nonferrous Metals Society, “Technical Merit of Guizhou Mercury Replacement Project” was held in Guiyang Company, Nonferrous Corporation from October 5 to October 1987. By 12 units of 53 experts and scholars attended the demonstration.
