目的:了解催吐萝芙木Rauvolfia vomitoria幼苗生长对IBA和GA3与温水浸种的响应。方法:采用L9(34)和L8(27)的正交设计进行试验。结果:平均地径、苗高、下胚轴和根长分别为0.59~0.82 mm、4.43~7.23cm、3.43~5.63 cm和4.05~6.19 cm,且处理组合间苗高和下胚轴具有极显著的差异。结论:IBA和GA3是影响催吐萝芙木下胚轴和苗高生长的主导因子,低浓度的IBA(0.25 g/L)和高浓度的GA3(1.00 g/L或0.80 g/L)与40~60℃温水浸种的组合可显著地促进催吐萝芙木幼苗生长。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the response of seedlings of Rauvolfia vomitoria to the soaking of IBA and GA3 with warm water. METHODS: Experiments were performed using orthogonal designs of L9 (34) and L8 (27). Results: The average diameter, seedling height, hypocotyl and root length were 0.59-0.82 mm, 4.43-7.23 cm, 3.43-5.63 cm and 4.05-6.19 cm, respectively, and the seedling height and hypocotyl had the most significant difference. CONCLUSION: IBA and GA3 are the dominant factors that affect the growth of hypocotyl and seedling height of Rauvolfia. Low concentration of IBA (0.25 g / L) and high concentration of GA3 (1.00 g / L or 0.80 g / L) The combination of 60 ℃ warm water soaking can significantly promote the growth of Euproctus.
