哈大客运专线属国家重点铁路建设项目,工期要求紧,那么如何确保在十分恶劣的低温环境下按期保质地架设900吨预制箱梁,成为制约施工进度的瓶颈,而在此过程中,如何在低温环境下控制支座灌浆料的施工质量则成为施工的关键点。为此,我们针对低温型桥梁支座灌浆料进行了深入研发和科学制备,同时制定了一套严格模拟现场的进场检验方案,再配以成本很低而行之有效的现场施工流程,最终确保了冬季施工的正常进度。
