China’s main goal during the Tenth Five-Year Plan is to build a well-to-do society. In the process of building a well-to-do society, with the urbanization and the continuous expansion of the urban area, traffic problems have drawn increasing attention. With the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more high demands are put on environmental protection and green transportation.
