针对目前无法对工作面支架的受力情况进行整体、连续掌握的问题,设计一种基于Lab VIEW的液压支架压力监测系统。该系统能够实现对液压支架多点压力参数的数据采集、在线监测、数据库读写、超压预警以及报表输出等功能,并对液压支架的受力状态进行分析,能够了解工作面的受力分布情况。该系统应用结果表明:基于Lab VIEW的液压支架压力监测系统能有效地分析顶板压力,提高了液压支架的运行可靠性。
Aiming at the problem that the work force can not be grasped integrally and continuously, a hydraulic pressure monitoring system based on Lab VIEW is designed. The system can realize the functions of data acquisition, on-line monitoring, database read and write, over-pressure warning and report output of multi-point pressure parameters of hydraulic support, analyze the stress state of hydraulic support and can know the stress distribution of working face Happening. The system application results show that: Based on Lab VIEW hydraulic support pressure monitoring system can effectively analyze the roof pressure and improve the reliability of the hydraulic support.
