1病例资料患者,女,49岁。“外伤后右膝关节酸痛不适1月”入院。患者1月前不慎扭伤右膝后出现右膝关节酸胀不适,劳累活动后加剧,休息后略有缓解,未行特殊诊治。近1周酸胀不适加重并伴右膝关节外侧疼痛,既往史无特殊,自患病以来自诉乏力,否认咳嗽、盗汗、发热等症状。门诊右膝关节X线片(见图1)见右侧腓骨小头内见片状不规则形骨质破坏,其外缘似见骨膜反应。
1 case information patients, female, 49 years old. “Right knee pain after trauma discomfort in January ” admission. Patients sprained right knee in January after a right knee soreness and discomfort, exacerbated after exertion, rest after a slight relief, no special diagnosis and treatment. Suffer swollen discomfort in the past week and aggravate the pain in the right knee joint. There was no history of any previous history. Since the onset of the disease, the symptoms of cough, night sweats and fever have been denied. Out-patient right knee X-ray film (see Figure 1) see the right side of the fibular head see irregular sheet-shaped bone destruction, the outer edge of the see periosteal reaction.
