目的:观察安博维、波依定和复方盐酸阿米洛利联合治疗老年难治性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:确诊的老年难治性高血压患者60例,给予安博维、波依定和复方盐酸阿米洛利联合治疗,临床观察12周。结果:60例患者经治疗12周后,总有效率为91.67%(P<0.05),治疗后血压较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:波依定、安博维、复方盐酸阿米洛利联合治疗老年难治性高血压,降压效果明显,稳定,是一组比较理想的联合降压方案。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy and safety of combination of ambroxol, bepretam and compound amiloride hydrochloride in the treatment of senile intractable hypertension. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as elderly refractory hypertension were given Avervivir, bepredizine and compound amiloride hydrochloride for combination therapy for 12 weeks. Results: After 60 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.67% (P <0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bo Yi Ding, Ambow, compound amiloride hydrochloride combined treatment of elderly patients with refractory hypertension, antihypertensive effect is obvious and stable, is an ideal combination of antihypertensive program.
