Starting from the post-harvest physiological and biochemical analysis, this paper studied the main reasons that affect the storage and preservation, including the post-harvest physiological activities, hormone regulation, fungicides, preservatives selection, temperature, packaging and so on. The grapes using single fruit storage method, while the use of fresh preservatives for pre-harvest processing, film packaging, low temperature storage 3 to 5 months, good fruit rate of 90%, good quality.
