我厂1986年引进美国Fetrolit(公司电脱盐设备,美方采用IIIA法来厂评选中、美破乳剂,筛选出美方DS—609作为生产使用,后经中、美双方考核,原油脱盐达到合同要求;脱盐后盐含量为2.5mg/l,含水量为0.25％,长期使用进口破乳剂对我厂来说是不可能的。根据多年经验,采用湖北沙市产PE2040破乳剂,虽精心操作,但效果不稳定,脱盐后含盐量在6—3mg/l,含水量在0.3—0.7％左右波动。在1987年,为开好电脱盐,开展了评选适当国产破乳剂的工作。
