人力资源管理专业为21世纪我国急需的专业人才,被国家列为十二种稀缺人才之一。人力资源的质量与水平已经不仅成为一个国家的核心的竞争力的体现,更成为我们社会生活中每一个组织必须进行一项重要的管理工作,越来越多组织的领导意识到人力资源管理对于组织的重要性,通过对组织中人力资源的管理,可以创造出更多比以往更高的绩效与价值。正因如此,人力资源管理专业的学生培养显得极为重要。作为一个新事物,很多的本科院校陆续在原来行政管理专业的基础上开设了人力资源管理专业。经过几年的培养与发展,高职院校为了满足企业基层人力资源管理工作者的需要也陆续开设了人力资源管理专业,但是在具体的教学模式中有部分高职院校仿效本科院校的教学模式,这样的教学模式在一定程度上与各用人单位的需求存在一定的差距,因此探讨高职院校人力资源管理业的别具一格的教学培养模式显得尤其重要。
