目的分析压力蒸汽灭菌质量的影响因素并改进相关工作程序,从而保证物品灭菌效果。方法回顾性分析4台脉动真空灭菌器生物监测阳性的相关因素,根据各相关因素与总阳性次数所占的比率来分析其对灭菌的影响。结果安台压力蒸气灭菌器共有生物监测异常36锅次,总监测出阳性点85处;按其阳性发生的分配差异,认为灭菌器的难灭菌点在灭菌层架的中上层部位,而且季节气温骤变月份生物监测的阳性发生率高。结论重视对灭菌器生物监测位置的轮流摆放和气温骤变时期蒸汽质量检查。
