为了在网络化机载测试系统中优化PCM数据的生成过程,节约资源,结合网络化机载测试系统架构,设计一种基于网络数据解析的PCM数据生成系统。通过采用KAM4000采集器、硬件模块和网络交换机,复用测试系统数据传输链路,设计遥测参数打包、传输、参数解析及PCM帧配置方案,实现了该PCM数据生成系统。在某民用飞机网络化机载测试系统中进行遥测联试验证,结果表明,该PCM数据生成系统成功产生了PCM数据流,且遥测参数解析正常,可用于遥测监控。
In order to optimize the generation process of PCM data in networked airborne test system and save resources, a PCM data generation system based on network data analysis is designed in combination with networked airborne test system architecture. The PCM data generation system is realized by adopting KAM4000 collector, hardware module and network switch, multiplexing test system data transmission link, designing telemetry parameter packing, transmission, parameter analysis and PCM frame configuration scheme. The telemetry joint test was conducted in a civil aircraft networked airborne test system. The results show that the PCM data generating system successfully generated PCM data stream, and the telemetry parameters are normal and can be used for telemetry monitoring.
