本文扼要地介绍了一种新型扁钻铤的结构设计与计算。文章从力学原理上分析了由扁钻铤组成的井下钻柱,在工作时具有围绕井眼轴线旋转(公转)的独特性能。文章指出,在直井中这一新型钻具理论上不应产生井斜,而在井斜中则具有偏心钻铤的纠斜功能。苏联五年多来的现场试验和使用结果证明,采用扁钻铤后,平均井斜率减少了70~75%,平均进尺增加了120~180%。这是一种在新概念下具有许多优点、但也存在一些问题的新型井下防斜钻具。
This article briefly introduces the structural design and calculation of a new type of flat collar. The paper analyzes the downhole drill string composed of a flat collar from the principle of mechanics, and has the unique performance of rotating (revolution) around the axis of the borehole when working. The article points out that this new type of drilling tool in vertical wells should theoretically not generate a well inclination, but has the function of correcting the eccentricity of the drill collar in the well inclination. Over the past five years in the Soviet Union, field tests and results show that the average well slope is reduced by 70 to 75% and the average footage is increased by 120 to 180% with a flat collar. This is a new type of downhole anti-sloping drilling tool which has many advantages under the new concept but also has some problems.
