反思策划许多策划公司方案很好,设计也很漂亮,惟独在执行过程中出现偏差,最大的原因在于没有丰富的阅历、缺乏实战经验。“处方”可能开得很好,但实施不力、缺乏全程跟踪,没能转变成企业效益,这就使一大批企业在接触策划公司后深感失望。实践是检验真理的惟一标准,如果策划不能为企业创造经济效益和社会效益,或者不能创造无形资产和品牌影响力,是不会得到企业和企业家认同的。
