“以人为本”就是要尊重学生的个性与差异,从学生的实际情况出发,满足每个学生对知识的渴求,培养学生独立自主学习的能力,最终实现素质教育和终身教育的目标。“以人为本”教育教学理念是我国教育发展的必然结果,是新课改的重要内容,也是实现素质教育的有效途径。本文着重探讨“以人为本”这一充满人性化的教育观在初中数学教学中的体现和意义。 “People-oriented ” is to respect the personality and differences of students, starting from the actual situation of students to meet each student’s thirst for knowledge, to develop students ability to independently learn, and ultimately achieve the goal of quality education and lifelong education. “People-oriented ” education and teaching philosophy is the inevitable result of the development of education in our country, is an important part of the new curriculum reform, but also an effective way to achieve quality education.
