本文系统总结了钾光卤石熔融氯化二次脱水制取无水钾光卤石工艺条件试验,确定了二次脱水最佳的基本工艺参数,对工艺的主要问题进行了简明分析。实验证明采本工艺制得的无水钾光卤石质量符合镁电解要求。
This paper systematically summarizes the kalk photolithography chlorination secondary dehydration to obtain anhydrous potassium carnallite process conditions to determine the best secondary dehydration basic process parameters, the process of the main problems were concisely analyzed. The experiment proves that the quality of anhydrous potassium carnallite obtained by this process meets the requirements of magnesium electrolysis.
