目的:将兔脂肪间充质干细胞(ADMSCs)与纳米相羟基磷灰石胶原骨(NHAC)共同体外培养,观察其在体外的生物相容性。方法将兔ADMSCs与纳米相羟基磷灰石胶原骨共同体外培养,行倒置显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果兔ADMSCs在纳米相羟基磷灰石胶原骨上良好地生长,增殖。结论纳米相羟基磷灰石胶原骨有良好的生物相容性,可以作为骨组织工程理想的载体材料。初步构建了细胞纳米相羟基磷灰石胶原组织工程骨。“,”Objective To observe the biocompatibility of ADMSCs and NHAC by coculturing them in vitro. Methods ADMSCs and NHAC were cocultured in vitro. After 1, 3, 5 day, we examined the ADMSCs and NHAC by inverted microscope, and laser scanning confocal microscope observation. Results The ADMSCs can adhere to, grow and proliferate normally and perfectly on the surface and holes of NHAC. Conclusion NHAC has good biocompatibility and can be used as ideal biomaterial in bone tissue engineering.
