最近有人提出多药耐受相关蛋白(MRP)基因编码一个新的膜转运蛋白,在许多人类细胞株中该基因的表达与非P-糖蛋白介导的多药耐受相关。为了进一步阐明MRP在临床药物耐受中的作用,作者应用KNA多酶链反应检测了5种神经母细胞瘤株SH-SY5Y、LA-N-1,LA-N-2,IMR-32和BE(2)-C和25例原发性未治疗的神经母细胞瘤标本中MRP基因的表达以及N-myc癌基因和MDR_1基因的表达。结果表明5种细胞株中有3种细胞株SH-SY5Y、IMR-32和BE(2)-C有明显高水平的MRP基因表达。25例神经母细胞瘤标本中MRP表达水平显著高于正常外周血单核细胞内该基因的表达水
Recently, it has been suggested that multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) genes encode a new membrane transporter that is associated with non-P-glycoprotein mediated multidrug resistance in many human cell lines. To further elucidate the role of MRP in clinical drug tolerance, the authors tested the five neuroblastoma strains, SH-SY5Y, LA-N-1, LA-N-2, IMR-32 and BE (2) -C and 25 cases of primary untreated neuroblastoma specimens MRP gene expression and N-myc oncogene and MDR_1 gene expression. The results showed that there were 3 kinds of cell lines in 5 kinds of cell lines, SH-SY5Y, IMR-32 and BE (2) -C, which had obviously high level MRP gene expression. MRP expression in 25 cases of neuroblastoma specimens was significantly higher than that in normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells
