新课改背景下,我国教育行业对教师的综合素质要求越来越高,这就要求每位教师在教学实践中不断提升自我,以适应社会的飞速发展。笔者通过自己多年的从教经验,结合与几位教师探讨分析的结果,认为可将“反串”教学法引入小学教学中。通过“反串”教学,可以让教师在提高本学科业务水平的基础上拓展其综合能力。本文将对“反串”教学法的具体实施过程予以分析。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the educational quality in our country is getting higher and higher to the overall quality of teachers, which requires that each teacher should constantly improve himself in teaching practice so as to adapt to the rapid development of society. Through my many years of experience in teaching, combining with several teachers to explore the results of the analysis, I believe that “anti-string ” teaching method can be introduced into primary school teaching. Through “anti-string ” teaching, can allow teachers to improve the level of business in the discipline based on the comprehensive ability to expand. This article will analyze the concrete implementation of the teaching method of “anti-string”.
