目的:研究盐肤木果粕乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、RP-C18、Sephadex LH-20柱、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等方法分离并纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从盐肤木果粕乙酸乙酯部位分离纯化得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:间二没食子酸(1)、间二没食子酸乙酯(2)、芹菜素(3)、山柰酚(4)、槲皮素(5)、3,7-二甲氧基-5,3’,4’-三羟基黄酮(6)、槲皮苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、杨梅苷(9)、quercetin-3-O-(4″-methoxy)-α-L-rahmnopyranosyl(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、6~10为首次从盐肤木属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical components of the ethyl acetate fraction of Radix. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20 column, preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae. They were identified as m-gallic acid (1), m-ethyl gallate (2), apigenin (4), quercetin (5), 3,7-dimethoxy-5,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxyflavone (6), quercitrin (7) (8), myricitrin (9) and quercetin-3-O- (4 "-methoxy) -α-L-rahmnopyranosyl (10) 10 for the first time isolated from the genus Salty plants.
