目的了解青海省三江源地区的螨类种群区系分布。方法结合鼠疫疫源地的调查和监测工作,对捕获的小型兽类进行体外检螨,采集螨类标本并分类鉴定。结果发现青海省三江源境内的革螨68种,隶10科24属;恙螨16种,隶7属;其中三江源地区特有螨类21种。结论进一步开展螨类区系和生物学调查,为了解三江源地区生物多样性提供基础资料。
Objective To understand the floristic distribution of mite species in the Three Rivers in Qinghai Province. Methods In combination with the investigation and monitoring of the plague foci, the captured small mammals were examined for mites in vitro and mites samples were collected and classified. The results showed that there were 68 species of leather mites in the Three Rivers of Qinghai Province, belonging to 24 genera and 10 families, 16 chigger mites and 7 genera, of which 21 species were endemic to the Three Rivers region. Conclusion Further investigation of mite fauna and biology was conducted to provide basic information for understanding the biodiversity of the Three Rivers.
