国家中心城市目前已成为新时期中国各大城市未来发展的战略方向,越来越受到政府决策者和科研学者的关注,而“适宜人类居住和生活”的宜居城市是建设国家中心城市的组成部分和基础条件。北京在建设国家中心城市的过程中重视“国际一流和谐宜居之都”的建设。本文结合《墨尔本规划2050》,从规划、区域发展、就业、住房、社区、自然生态环境等视角梳理总结了墨尔本宜居城市建设经验,阐明其对北京建设国家中心城市中“国际一流的和谐宜居之都”的借鉴启示。
The national central cities have now become the strategic direction for the future development of major cities in China in the new era and are receiving more and more attention from government policy makers and scientific scholars.
