本文系对罗氏沼虾的输精管、精荚的构造,受精机制和生殖行为所做的观察报道。材料与方法材料取自实验室里单个养殖在有循环淡水的容量为40～80公升的水族箱里的成熟雄性和雌性罗氏沼虾。水温控制在25～29℃之间。对在放有成熟雄虾的水族箱里放进刚蜕皮的成熟雌虾进行交配行为的观察。并做了产卵观察。
This article reports the observation of the structure of vas deferens, spermatophyte, fertilization mechanism and reproductive behavior of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. MATERIALS AND METHODS MATERIALS Mature male and female Macrobrachium rosenbergii grown individually in a laboratory aquarium with a circulating freshwater volume of 40-80 liters. Water temperature control between 25 ~ 29 ℃. The mating behavior of mature female molluscs that had just molted in an aquarium containing mature males was observed. And made a spawning observation.
