民俗作为社会的传承文化,随着社会的发展和人们生活的更新而不断消长演进,对于第二轮修志反映改革开放这一重要时期来说,设置和编纂民俗志极其必要并有着重要意义。
As the inheritance culture of the society, the folklore continues to evolve and evolve with the development of society and the renewal of people’s life. For the second round of the important period reflecting the reform and opening up of the Chi, the establishment and compilation of the Folklore are extremely necessary and of great significance.
