文章主要以转型期国有企业为主体对象,简单叙述了国有企业薪酬机制的发展经过,并细致讲述了当前阶段国有企业薪酬制度改革中存在的问题,指出了转型期国有企业薪酬制度改革的必要性。借助对转型期国有企业薪酬制度改革相关内容的解析,以期为推动我国转型期国有企业薪酬制度改革工作提供一些参考。
The article mainly focuses on the state-owned enterprises in transition as the main object, briefly describes the development of the state-owned enterprise pay mechanism and elaborates on the existing problems in the reform of state-owned enterprise pay system, and points out the necessity of the reform of state-owned enterprise pay system in the transitional period . With the help of the analysis of the reform of the remuneration system of state-owned enterprises in transition, we hope to provide some references for the reform of remuneration system in state-owned enterprises during the transition period in our country.
