【目的】观察中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。【方法】采取随机单盲法将113例精神分裂症患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(中西药组)64例和西药组49例。西药组每人每日给予服用效价相当于氯丙嗪400 mg的抗精神病药物,中西药组在西药组治疗的基础上,结合中医辨证治疗,两组均以8周为1个疗程。治疗前后进行简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定,并观察两组临床疗效和毒副反应情况。【结果】(1)总有效率中西药组为95.31%,西药组为93.88%。两组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明两组的临床疗效相仿。(2)BPRS评定结果:中西药组在治疗1～4周减分显著快于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明中西药组在治疗的显效时间即控制急性期症状方面显著优于西药组;而第8周末两组评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)中西药组出现锥体外系副作用者(10/64)明显低于西药组(12/49),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明中西医结合治疗能有效减少药物副反应。【结论】与单纯西药治疗比较,运用中西药结合治疗精神分裂症,在控制患者急性期症状及减少药物毒副作用方面疗效显著。
【Objective】 To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia. 【Methods】 One hundred and seventy patients with schizophrenia were randomized to 64 cases of Integrative Medicine (TCM) and 49 cases of Western medicine (TCM). The western medicine group was given antipsychotics with potency equivalent to chlorpromazine 400 mg daily. The western medicine group was treated with Western medicine group on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. Both groups took 8 weeks as a course of treatment. Before and after treatment for simple mental illness scale (BPRS) assessment, and observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of the two groups. 【Results】 (1) The total effective rate was 95.31% in the western medicine group and 93.88% in the western medicine group. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05), indicating that the clinical efficacy of the two groups were similar. (2) The results of BPRS assessment: Chinese and Western medicine group in the treatment of 1 to 4 weeks, the score was significantly faster than western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), indicating that the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in the effective time control Acute phase symptoms were significantly better than the Western medicine group; and the end of the eighth weekend scores between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). (3) There were significant differences between the two groups in the extrapyramidal side effects (10/64) in western medicine group (12/49) (P <0.01), indicating that the combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment can effectively reduce Side effects of drugs. 【Conclusions】 Compared with simple Western medicine, the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia has significant curative effect in controlling acute symptoms and reducing side effects of drugs.
