探索使用浇铸挥发-直读光谱法快速测定次阴极铜中铜含量的新方法。将屑状样品在还原性气氛中高温浇铸,记录下样品在此过程中损失的重量,浇铸后的柱状样品抛光表面,使用直读光谱法测定其中18个杂质元素的含量,再以减量法得到原样品中的铜含量,该方法与国标法对照最大偏差仅0.04%,测定次阴极铜中的铜含量准确、可靠、快捷。
A NEW METHOD TO SIMULTANEOUSLY DETERMINATE COPPER CONTENT IN SUBCARRIER CUPS USING CASTING VAPOR-DIRECT READING SPECTROSCOPY. The crumbed sample was cast at a high temperature in a reducing atmosphere, the weight of the sample lost in the process was recorded, the surface of the columnar sample after casting was polished, the content of 18 impurity elements therein was determined by direct reading spectrometry, The copper content in the original sample was obtained. The maximum deviation of this method from the national standard method was only 0.04%. The copper content in the secondary cathode copper was determined accurately, reliably and quickly.
