目的 寻找具有可吸收性及良好物理特性的人工合成材料作为视网膜脱离巩膜外加压术填充物。方法 灰兔作视网膜脱离模型 ,以可吸收性化学合成材料磷酸酯—碳酸酯共聚物弹性体或明胶片作为填充物 ,行巩膜外加压术 ,术后 B超测巩膜嵴高度 ,相应时间取眼球作病理检查 ,观察视网膜复位情况及组织相容性。测量其降解率。结果 视网膜平伏、巩膜嵴高度术后 3个月变化不大。术后 3个月共聚物及明胶片分别吸收 8.2 %及 10 .2 % ,组织学观察无明显炎症反应。结论 磷酸酯—碳酸酯共聚物弹性体及明胶片作为巩膜外填充物均使用安全、效果可靠。
Objective To find a synthetic material with absorbability and good physical properties as a retinal detachment under scleral buckling surgery. Methods Gray rabbit was used as a model of retinal detachment. The absorbable synthetic phosphate ester-carbonate copolymer elastomer or gelatin film was used as filler to conduct scleral buckling surgery. The height of scleral crest was measured by B ultrasound and the corresponding time was taken Eye for pathological examination, observation of retinal reattachment and histocompatibility. The degradation rate was measured. Results retinal flat, scleral crest height 3 months after little change. At 3 months after operation, the copolymer and gelatin films absorbed 8.2% and 10.2% respectively, and there was no obvious inflammatory reaction in histological observation. Conclusion Phosphate ester-carbonate copolymer elastomers and gelatin tablets are safe to use as scleral packing, and the effect is reliable.
