引言气体软氮化是近几年出现的一种化学热处理方法。其实质就是在含有活性碳、氮原子的气氛中进行低温碳氮共渗的过程,也有人称之为低温氰化。它能提高被处理工件的耐磨性、耐蚀性、抗热咬合、抗擦伤等性能,能提高工件的疲劳强度。用这种方法处理的工件变形小、时间短,也不受钢种限制(从优质碳素钢到合金钢、铸铁、粉末冶金;从结构钢到工具钢、特殊钢)且设备简单,上马快,操作方便、成本低、质量稳定,又无公害,可广泛用于提高各种机械零件、仪器仪表零件及工模具、刀具的使用寿命。因而是一项很有前途的化学热处理工艺。
