随着人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人选择出门旅游作为缓解工作压力和生活休闲的一种方式,这使得我国旅游业迅速发展。导游人员作为旅行社旅游接待工作中的一线人员,是旅游服务的轴心,对我国旅游业的发展起至关重要的作用。但目前我国旅行社的导游合法收入较低,难以保障基本生活水平,工作中付出得不到相应的报酬。这种状况导致导游从业人员工作积极性降低,服务质量下降,为增加自身收入产生了劝说游客进行购物以拿取回扣的行为,严重影响了我国旅游业的健康发展。本文以山西导游员的薪酬为例,对目前山西导游员的薪酬制度现状进行分析,提出解决的措施。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, more and more people choose to go out to travel as a way to ease the pressure of work and leisure, which makes the rapid development of tourism in our country. As the first line staff in the tourism reception of travel agencies, tour guides are the axis of tourism services and play an important role in the development of China’s tourism industry. However, at present, tour guides in our country have a low legal income, which is hard to guarantee their basic living standard and do not pay any corresponding remuneration for their work. This situation led to reduced enthusiasm of tour guides and lowered service quality, which resulted in persuading tourists to take shopping and get rebates in order to increase their income, which seriously affected the healthy development of China’s tourism industry. This paper takes the salary of Shanxi tour guides as an example to analyze the status quo of Shanxi tour guides’ salary system and put forward the solutions.
