天生桥二级水电站调压井闸门井胸墙闸墩倒塌事故分析

1993年5月,在天生桥二级水电站2号机组做甩负荷试验时,1号调压井闸门井胸墙闸墩发生倒塌事故。设计失误、结构强度不足是这次事故的内在因素;施工质量控制不好,又在一定程度上进一步突出了设计中存在的问题;机组甩负荷试验是这次事故的诱发因素。经改建,调压井已恢复正常运行。 In May 1993, at the Tianshengqiao Ⅱ Hydropower Station Unit 2 load rejection test, the No. 1 surge shaft gate well chest wall pier collapsed. Design errors and insufficient structural strength are the internal factors of the accident. Construction quality control is not good, and to some extent, the problems in design are further highlighted. Unit load rejection test is the trigger factor of this accident. After reconstruction, the pressure surge well has resumed normal operation.
