目的了解朝阳区居民报告死亡与实际死亡的差异程度及漏报原因,提高死因报告的完整性,促进朝阳区国家级慢性病防控示范区工作。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,在全区43个街乡各抽取2～3个居委会进行调查摸底获取调查时间段的死亡信息,与疾控掌握的死亡信息核对,对可疑漏报名单采取入户调查,再次核对后统计漏报率。结果 2009—2011年朝阳区居民死亡漏报率为8.47%,其中男性为9.38%,女性为7.23%,男性死亡漏报率高于女性。5岁以下儿童死亡无漏报。城区漏报率为10.01%,农村漏报率为5.44%,差异有统计学意义,城区高于农村。结论朝阳区存在居民死亡漏报情况.应进一步采取综合措施,提高居民死因报告率和报告质量。
Objective To understand the difference between the reported death and actual death in Chaoyang District and the causes of the omission, to improve the integrity of the cause of death report and to promote the work of national chronic disease prevention and control demonstration zone in Chaoyang District. Methods A random cluster sampling method was adopted. Two or three residents’ committees in 43 townships and townships in the district were investigated to obtain the death information of the investigation period. The information was checked with the death information of disease control. Household survey, again after checking the statistical omission rate. Results The reported rate of death among residents in Chaoyang District from 2009 to 2011 was 8.47%, of which 9.38% for males and 7.23% for females. The rate of omission of males was higher than that of females. Children under 5 years of age without omission. The undeclared rate in urban area was 10.01%, and the false negative rate in rural area was 5.44%. The difference was statistically significant, and the urban area was higher than that in rural areas. Conclusion There is a case of under-reporting of death among residents in Chaoyang District, and comprehensive measures should be further taken to improve the reporting rate and quality of death causes of residents.
