烤烟是卷烟工业的主要原料,也是国家税收的重要来源之一,可是,目前我省卷烟厂所需的原料80％以上要从省外调入。随着我省经济建设的发展,烤烟生产已提到议事日程。省政府(86)、201号文件有关烤烟生产的优惠政策和措施,将为大力发展我省的烤烟生产开辟广阔的前景。 烤烟育苗是烤烟生产的第一个环节,搞好育苗,才能提供足够的壮苗,进而为烤烟优质高产打下可靠的基础。
Flue-cured tobacco is the main raw material for the cigarette industry and one of the important sources of tax revenue in the country. However, at present, more than 80% of the raw materials required by cigarette factories in our province are transferred from other provinces. With the economic development in our province, tobacco production has been mentioned on the agenda. The preferential policies and measures concerning the production of flue-cured tobacco by the provincial government (86) and Document No. 201 will open up broad prospects for the development of flue-cured tobacco in our province. Flue-cured tobacco seedling is the first step in the production of flue-cured tobacco, nurturing seedlings in order to provide enough strong seedlings, and thus lay a solid foundation for high-quality and high-yield tobacco.
