把青年职工培养成矿山的中流砥柱,做好青年职工思想政治工作,是矿山企业思想政治工作的重中之重。在新形势下做好新时期的青年职工思想政治工作,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。在做思想工作时,要根据年轻人的共同特点和不同类型人员自身特点,因人施教。青年职工渐渐成长为矿山生产经营活动的主力队员,他们的思想能否健康成长,直接关系到矿山未来的发展方向。
Cultivating young workers into the mainstay of the mine and doing a good job in ideological and political work among young workers and staff are the top priority for ideological and political work in mining enterprises. Under the new situation, ideological and political work of young workers in the new era is an important issue before us. When doing ideological work, we should teach people based on the common characteristics of young people and the characteristics of different types of personnel. Gradual growth of young workers for the mine production and business activities of the main players, their ideas can be a healthy growth, is directly related to the future direction of development of mines.
