用高效液相色谱法建立唐古特大黄乙醇提取物的指纹图谱分析方法。采用Phenomenex Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%H3PO4为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,以大黄酸为参照峰。结果共有18个共有峰。此法为有效地控制唐古特大黄乙醇提取物的质量提供了依据。
Establishment of Fingerprint Analysis Method of Ethanol Extract of Rheum tanguticus by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Phenomenex Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. Methanol-0.1% H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 270 nm and rhein was the reference peak. The results total 18 common peaks. This method provides a basis for effectively controlling the quality of ethanol extracts from Tangut rhubarb.
