本文对野生型(Glycine Soja Sieb et Zucc.)、中间型大豆(G.gracilis skv.)和栽培大豆(C.max (L.) Merr.)的叶绿素体类囊体膜叶绿素蛋白复合体进行了比较研究。离心制备不同类型大豆叶绿体类囊体膜,用SDS——聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳从不同类型大豆叶绿体类囊体膜分离出五条叶绿素——蛋白复合体带和一条游离色素带。根据电泳迁移率、吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱测定,五条叶绿素——蛋白复合体带有一条属于光系统Ⅰ(CPI);一条属于光系统Ⅱ(Cpa);三条属于捕光叶绿素a/b蛋白复合体。不同类型大豆的捕光叶绿素a/b蛋白复合体占全部叶绿素蛋白复合体的相对含量依次是:野生型>中间型>栽培型。捕光叶绿素a/b蛋白复合体带的Ch1 a/b值依次为:野生型低于中间型,中间型低于栽培型。野生型、中间型大豆与栽培大豆相比,具有阴生植物的某些特性。
In this paper, the chlorophyll-like thylakoid membrane chlorophyll protein complexes of Glycine soja Sieb et Zucc., G.gracilis skv. And C. max (L.) Merr. compare research. Different types of soybean chloroplast thylakoid membranes were prepared by centrifugation. Five chlorophyll - protein complex bands and one free pigment band were isolated from different types of soybean chloroplast thylakoid membrane by SDS - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. According to the electrophoretic mobility shift, absorption and fluorescence emission spectra, the five chlorophyll-protein complexes belonged to one of the photosystem I (CPI), one to the photosystem II (Cpa), three to the photosynthetic chlorophyll a / b body. The relative contents of light-harvesting chlorophyll a / b protein complexes of different types of soybeans to total chlorophyll protein complexes were as follows: wild type> intermediate type> cultivated type. Ch1 a / b values of the light-harvesting chlorophyll a / b protein complex bands were as follows: wild type was lower than the middle type, the middle type was lower than the cultivated type. Wild-type, intermediate soybeans have some of the properties of a shade-shaped plant compared to cultivated soybeans.
