轴套是设置在悬索桥吊索销轴与耳板之间的关键部件,因具有自由滑动的特性,能降低销轴与耳板的磨损。传统自润滑轴套已经不能满足现代悬索桥吊索的重载工况要求。为了解新型锡青铜轴套的磨损性能和使用寿命,设计了锡青铜轴套磨损试验。试验结果表明,冷却水能够有效降低销轴由于磨损产生的热量;随磨损循环次数的增加,轴套内径逐渐增大;固体自润滑剂可以大大提高轴套的耐磨性能;锡青铜轴套的使用寿命超过33年,耐久性明显优于传统自润滑轴套。

The traditional self-lubricating bushings can not meet the requirements of heavy load conditions of the modern suspension bridge slings. In order to understand the wear performance and service life of the new tin bronze sleeve, a tin bronze sleeve wear test was designed. The experimental results show that the cooling water can effectively reduce the heat generated by the pin due to wear and tear; the inner diameter of the sleeve gradually increases with the increase of the wear cycles; the solid self-lubricant can greatly improve the wear resistance of the sleeve; With a service life of over 33 years, the durability is significantly better than traditional self-lubricating bushings.
