为提高次氯酸钠消毒效果,控制三氯乙醛生成量,深圳某水厂对次氯酸钠投加系统进行了软硬件升级改造,包括计量泵重新选型、投加管道优化、自控系统升级等。改造后,提高了药剂投加精确度;提高了对细菌的消毒效果,清水池末端菌落总数检出率为13.6%,较改造前下降了52.4%,最高检出值为6 CFU/m L,检出平均值为2.3 CFU/m L,检出平均值下降了50%;出厂水三氯乙醛最大检出值为0.003 6 mg/L,检出平均值为0.002 0 mg/L,总体检出水平较改造前降低了53.5%,运行期间未检出超公司内控情况。
