新闻背景:2004年9月20日,受害人李胜利被河南省周口市公安局七一路派出所民警殴打致休克后从楼上扔下摔死。次日凌晨,周口市公安局沙南分局即认定李胜利系“跳楼自杀”。后经受害人家属持续不断的上访、维权,李胜利的案子在有关领导的过问下终于有了转机。2007年4月30日,周口市中级人民法院一审认定受害人李胜利系被七一路派出所民警殴打后从楼上扔下致死。2007年11月24日,河南省高级人民法院维持了一审判决。所谓“跳楼自杀”的真相终于大白于天下。
News Background: September 20, 2004, the victim Li Shengli was Zhouqi City, Henan Province Public Security Bureau Qiyi Road police station beaten to shock after the thrown from the upstairs fell to death.
