我省1956年成立了部分乡(镇)预算,现在正在继续发展,并巩固提高乡(镇)财政的管理。实践证明,凡是已经建立了乡(镇)财政的地区,都鼓舞了乡(镇)干部管理财政的积极性,对开辟财源,增加收入,节省支出,使之更好的服务于本乡(镇)的经济与文化建设事业,起了积极的作用。同时通过试建乡(镇)财政,提高了乡(镇)干部财政业务水平,充实了财政基层机构,密切了各收支部门的配合协作,为逐步地、普遍地建立乡(镇)财政打下了基础。
