为进一步研发溶剂法制备纤维素薄膜的新工艺,以LiCl/DMAc为纤维素溶剂,溶解棉浆粕得到均匀透明的纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液,采用湿法工艺制备纤维素薄膜。用红外光谱、扫描电镜及X射线衍射等分析方法对薄膜结构进行表征。考察制膜液中纤维素浓度、凝固浴种类、凝固浴中LiCl/DMAc浓度及凝固浴温度对薄膜力学性能的影响,得到了纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液法制备纤维素薄膜的优化工艺:配制纤维素质量分数为6%~7%的纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液;选用质量分数为10%~15%的LiCl/DMAc水溶液作凝固浴;固化温度为20℃。采用该工艺可得到具有一定强度的均匀透明的纤维素薄膜。
In order to further develop a new process for preparing cellulose film by solvent method, LiCl / DMAc is used as a cellulose solvent to dissolve the cotton pulp to obtain a uniform and transparent cellulose LiCl / DMAc solution, and the cellulose film is prepared by a wet process. The structure of the films was characterized by IR, SEM and XRD. The effects of cellulose concentration in the filming solution, the type of coagulation bath, the concentration of LiCl / DMAc in the coagulation bath and the temperature of the coagulation bath on the mechanical properties of the film were investigated. The optimum conditions for preparing the cellulose film by LiCl / DMAc solution were obtained. The mass fraction of 6% ~ 7% cellulose LiCl / DMAc solution; selected mass fraction of 10% ~ 15% LiCl / DMAc aqueous solution as coagulation bath; curing temperature of 20 ℃. The process can be obtained with a certain intensity of uniform transparent cellulose film.
